  Just got home to find my order is completely wrong! I felt rushed while giving my order bit I know I said "no pickles" only to have pickles everywhere. Also, I did not want a diet Dr Pepper, nor did I say anything about diet,yet that's what I got! Slow down and LISTEN to what customers ask for please! I'm too tired to drive back up there to complain & get it fixed.

  Drove to the Heights for some tenders none available, ok twelve piece crispy none available and had to count to make sure they had enough for a twelve piece. Pityfull. A chicken house with no chicken at four in the afternoon on a Saturday.

  3/16/2016 ordered a 5$ tender box. Got home and found Three 1 1/2 inch burnt tenders in the box and a burnt biscuit. Opened the little mash potatoes container to find a tablespoon of mash potatoes and the rest filled with gravy So no mash potatoes Then see that there is no cookie either. So in the end not sure what the hell i spent 5 dollars on. They are ripping people off. Never leave this store until you check all your food and make sure they are not trying to pass on crap and burnt trash to you and that all food is in box that should be. will not be going back.
