  Update:. Hubby went to see the morning manager the next day. Our name and purchase amount have been recorded for a future visit credit. Hope the prior evening manager was reprimanded.
  We just waited 26 minutes for three soft tacos on a Friday night at 7pm. When hubby asked to speak to the manager, the clerk denied to give a name and claimed there was a trainee on the line. (Seven employees, perhaps?) He got the money back as the tacos came to the counter, then watched the clerk drop the order into the trash. Is that any way to keep the customer satisfied? Hubby will be calling the manager in the morning. Perhaps even corporate Taco Bell. Three soft tacos!

  Update: Decided to try breakfast at 9 AM. Nobody inside, very few cars if any in the drive through. Dirty tables everywhere and we went ahead and placed our order. 5 minutes later they say it will be over 20 minutes to get our order, because they ran out of eggs. There was 4 of us, the order was not that large. How do you run out of eggs when you serve breakfast? We had to leave, we were on a time schedule. Went to McDonald's.
  
  Food was good. Customer service was another thing. When you ask "Do you have other 5 dollar boxes"? The better answer would be to list them or ask what we are looking for. The incorrect answer is "We have a bunch of boxes". Plus they got our order wrong.
